| Case Studies The neighbourhood centre in Holmbladsgade The Kvarterløft project in Holmbladsgade started in 1997 and in the very beginning there was no local secretariat in the neighbourhood. The regeneration secretariat was temporarily situated in the municipality of Copenhagen at the Town Hall. Therefore it was a high priority to establish a place or a house where the Kvarterløft project secretariat could be situated.
