The respect for the differences
In just a short time the Network has grown to be big network. About 25 enterprises are participating in the Network and that includes many different kinds of enterprises from small one-man enterprises to large enterprises with over 2000 employees locally. The differences in size also represent different types of businesses and again different points of views.
In the Network everybody participates under the same conditions whether they are small or large enterprises and the size of the contingent varies with the size of your enterprises so it should be possible to enter the Network at an equal basis. That makes the Business Network democratic but it also implies that it gets more difficult to make decisions because everybody has only one vote. But as most of the work is based on a consensus this has not been a problem.
