The process of Kvarterløft in Kongens Enghave

The process started in 1996 when the municipality of Copenhagen applied for a Kvarterløft project to Kongens Enghave.

According to the programme the application had to focus on potentials as well as on problems. The application consisted of:

• Background information on the neighbourhood such as: planning history, local democratic organisation, traffic investments, and statistical information.
• Potentials for regeneration
• A catalogue of ideas
