Deliverables

"D1. ENTRUST network" - organisational structure of the participants to carry out this stage of the ENTRUST thematic network project; that will convert to a deliverable at the end of the project. The network must be consolidated and having and exit strategy how to continue co-operation at the end of the ENTRUST project.

"D2. ENTRUST Interactive Web service" - the semi-public Internet site to exchange project work information among the participants between the mutual workshops and Steering Committee sessions; it will convert to a deliverable: public Internet site at the end of this thematic network project. It must function for both network's purposes and for disseminating the information outside the network.

"D3. Cohesion of existing and emerging experience" - an internal report on current precondition and best practice on partnerships in the cities of participants, comparing the situations, based on exchange of information at the 1st common meeting, discussions in the cities, and cross-visits. It must provide the detailed issues for work packages 2 and 3.

"D4. Prerequisites for partnership setting" will be elaborated during WP 2 in a form of a publishable report on indicators and preconditions to partnerships, and common denominators and local/national specifics of this issue. It must provide and explain indicators and preconditions as they apply to participating cities separately and European context as a whole.

"D5. Best practices of mixed partnerships" will be elaborated during WP 3 in a form of a publishable report on best practices of partnership formation and operation, and common denominators and local/national specifics of this issue. It must provide and explain features of best practice as they apply to participating cities separately and European context as a whole.

"D6. Partnership setting approach and methodology" - an innovative approach and optimised methodology. It must be comprehensively and cohesively integrating scientifically sound methodology usable on different levels: from end-user to research.

"D7. Guide to mixed public-private partnerships" - Continuously developing interactive Web-based guide for engaged responsible authorities and other principal stakeholders, as urban regeneration enterprises, and local groups of resident s and businesses considering association into mixed partnerships for sustainable development of neighbourhoods, based on scientific results of "D6. Partnership setting approach and methodology".

"D8. Semi-annual reports will be rendered and delivered according to the contract with the Commission."

"D9. Final Conference will include - apart of ENTRUST participants - ca. 40 researchers and practitioners in the field from other cities and institutions across Europe - and will mainly be devoted to workshops discussing key subjects in the produced methodology guidelines and recommendations to EU policy guidelines."

"D10. Recommendations for EU policy guidelines to mixed partnership setting will be rendered after the methodology is defined and prior to the D9. They will summarise the conclusions of the ENTRUST project at large, suggesting which preconditions for partnerships should be supported and how to facilitate formation of partnerships in deprived urban areas on the European level."
